We provide 100% human hair in an array of hair extension products. The orders are processed and packaged at our facility in a clean and humane environment and provided to the courier for transit. Before an order is shipped it is carefully inspected as part of our robust Quality Assurance Process.
All Payment funds are collected upfront and in full. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal Payments. Orders cannot be canceled and can be altered only within the first hour of placing the order. Orders with a billing/shipping address mismatch will not be accepted via our website. All fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, as merchandise theft will not be tolerated by our company.
Each item has a specific processing time, and is clearly stated in the product description area of the respective product. Processing times are from 1 business day upwards and are always quoted in business days. We process orders during our regular business hours Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are open on Saturday for website and email/phone support ONLY. We DO NOT process orders or returns on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping Time Frames
After your order is processed it will leave our shipping facility with the shipping courier. The transit times associated with these couriers are IN ADDITION TO our processing times, and your order will arrive at your door at the end of these 2 stages combined. Shipping within the USA requires 1-3 days after processing and depending on the shipment method selected at order entry. International shipping to the UK and Canada can take 1-10 Business Days after processing, depending on the shipping method chosen as well.
Although we do ship internationally, Customs Taxes & Excise Duties will not be paid for by sweeetlace.com, and are solely the responsibility of the receiving party. Please check with your local import authority to obtain further information on import taxes, and preferably in advance. We will NOT CANCEL or REFUND any orders due to Import tax situations.
In the event that your package has not arrived to your shipping address and appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately so that we can initiate the necessary steps to retrieving the package. In the event that the package is not recovered we will send out a replacement order as soon as possible.
